The correct and real vision for training, a really positive investment, is to achieve higher productivity and better behavior of the cadres. Additionally, the training is neither an unnecessary expenditure nor wastage of effort, and if it is orientated appropriately can serve the objectives of the institution, besides pledging full assistance in solving its problems. Training is the planned, well-intended and conscious effort of employees which aims at acquiring knowledge and skills or new behavioral patterns, in order to sharpen their abilities, thought process and, encourage them to do their work diligently. Moreover, training aims at promoting the abilities in different domains and spheres of the administrative, technical and specialized work. Also, training aims at developing the cadres' performance in their specialties in order to become capable of taking up additional responsibility, for doing their jobs competently and professionally.
